Flagship Studio Cancellation Policy

Should you have to cancel less than 12-hours in advance, or you are a no show, a charge FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE will be administered to your credit card for each booked session(s). We understand things happen that may be out of your control, and wish we didn't have to charge in these cases, (in fact, the only thing we hate about our job is having to enforce our cancellation policy) but please understand that we almost always have a waiting list! 

If you arrive more than 10 min late without notice you are forfeiting your scheduled appointment time and may have to wait to be seen. Why? Our appointments are only 20 minutes long, so if we agree to take you 10 minutes late we will most likely run late with every single other client for the remainder of the day/night- that wouldn't be fair to those who show on time, don't you agree? However, we understand that things come up and promise to always do our very best to accommodate you!

Online Shop Return Policy

Any unopened products can be returned within 30-days of purchase date. Please email all return requests to orders@blushtan.com- please include your order number and a list of the unopened items you wish to return. You will be sent a return label to ship your items back. Once we receive and inspect your items you will receive a refund for the order to the original payment method, minus any initial shipping costs.

Unfortunately we cannot not accept any returns beyond 30 days of the original purchase date.
